Day 1: Build your morning routine workshop!
The first step in getting to where you want to go......is knowing where you are.
1- Why is creating a solid morning routine something you wanna implement?
2- How are you feeling when you wake up in the morning with how your current day starts?
3- Is there anything in life you feel like you don’t have time for that you would love to make a bigger priority?
I want you to sit down and really reflect on what your mornings look like right now. Be honest with yourself. Knowing where you are is essential for knowing where you want to go!
Imagine you’re on a road trip and the person in the passenger seat keeps asking “Are we there yet?” over and over again - you won’t be able to answer them if you don’t actually know where you are, right?!
So, I really want you to take some time to sit with these questions and write down the answers; you need to know your current situation to create your mindful morning routine!
